I have mistakenly entered a wrong date of birth while filling the foundation registration form. When I contacted the ICAI Bhavan (Chennai), I was told to send a mail with a requesition of changing DOB along with submitting 10th and 12th marks certificate as proofs. I have sent a Mail as they said. How much time will ICAI take to rectify this error?

I don't knw abt the time that ICAI will response regarding Ur issue...but if u have sufficient time...u can come SIRC, Chennai as Ur a south Indian...directly and according change Ur DOB in the office inside such ICAI campus...once u come there directly.. they'll do it asap

Yeah...the similar case happened to my friend...but his name was spelled wrongly....and we went ICAI regarding this issue and they resolved it the same day within 10 mins
ohhh...thanks a lot for replying my query brother and if possible can you please tell me any other questions Phone number of ICAI Bhavan Chennai because they are not attending the phone call when I call to this number (044 3021 0300).
They won't pick any phone calls...that's the reason y I said u to go there to resolve Ur problem...and they don't mind abt the people who make calls to them even if any urgent situation arises too...and my advice is that u can go there instead of making calls
