Change of DOB and mobile number

While enrolling for foundation exam, I unknowingly commited two mistakes. 1) Wrong DOB 2) Wrong Mobile number. For changing the DOB (as it is very important), I directly went to ICAI bhawan (Chennai) and submitted them my requisition letter with enough proofs of my DOB and when i submitted them my letter, I was told to write a small hint over my application form about my problem. I wrote Change DOB and mobile number (below, I also wrote another mobile number). Now my query is. 1) How much time will ICAI take to correct my DOB mistake? and 2) Will my mobile number also be changed? Please reply for this query
