change of company name

Hi,

Our company name changed . Can anybody tell me how many days  i have to mention company's old name in company documents  and what is the relevatnt act/rules(company law) regarding the same.

There is no provision in the Companies Act, 1956 for carring of old name on the documents of the Company. As per the listing agreement, the previous name the disclosed on all the document for atleast one year
