All.

Greetings! I have completed my PEII exams and IIT Course. The time has come for me to do the articleship which is around 3 years. Regarding this i need some clarifications

1) Can we change the audit frim while doing the articleship. The reason why i ask, is that my husband gets transfer once in two years or even less than that based on the market requirement. So if i am doing the articleship in a Firm A in city A, and after one year if we get transfer to city b, can i join a different firm b in city b.

Also let me know what is the stipend as per the standard for the students who have completed PEII.

Yes you can change the firm based on the transfer letter of your husband if it is in an another town.

Relevant rules for transfer of articleship and stipend details are attached herewith for your reference. Briefly, you gets the transfer only if your Principal of the Firm in which you joins gives his consent. In first year, there wont be much problem for transfer if principal agrees. From 2nd yr onwards, before taking Principal consent, you need to take permission of the Institute justifying your transfer request. Hope this helps.

dear sir,

I Want to change my articleship but my prinicipal not give the permission for change.it,s my first year of articleship can I change my articleship wihout permission of principal.
