I would like to draw your kind attention towards the above captioned subject. I would like to know the the detailed procedures, documentation and approval required for change of address of Project Office of Foreign Company in following scenario:
1) From one state to another state ( Delhi to Mumbai ) and
2) From one ROC to another ROC and
3)Within same Roc.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF PROJECT OFFICE OF FOREIGN COMPANY.

Registered Office of Indian company and office of foreign company are two different things.
For changing the office of foreign co. We need to follow section 380.
For changing the register office of Indian company we need to follow section 12 or section 13 as the case may be.
The procedure for shifting is quite long in case of register office of Indian co as compare to office of foreign co.
In continuation... . RBI master direction for estab. Of liaison, branch and project office regulation for shifting also applicable in which reporting and prior approval of Ad cat. I bank also required. Read with point seven to said direction.
