change in return filing date in audit cases in Budget-08

Return Filing Date in audit cases has been changed from 31st october to 30th september by amendment in sec 131(1) in the Finance Bill 2008.

Surprisingly, specified date of audit u/s section 44AB has not has not been amended and it is still 31st october. It seems it is left by mistake and shall be corrected before passing of budget.

This is for information to all of you As this change is not being highlited anywhere.
