Change in Name

Dear All

If a company changes its Name and get issued a fresh Incorporation certificate, in this case

>will there be any implication on the claim for SAD (Additional Duty of Customs).

>Can we continue to import under our old IEC (Certificate for Import & Export) even the PO and agreements have been reentered with the new name of the company.
