Dear professional,

How do we get immunity certificate under this scheme.

How to file this?

Quick Summary
The Company Fresh Start Scheme (CFSS) 2020 allows companies to clear pending compliance. To get an immunity certificate, you must first file all overdue compliance forms. Following this, a declaration form for CFSS needs to be submitted. Importantly, all penalties are waived under this scheme; only normal filing fees will apply.

You need to file all the pending compliance forms and once all filing done, then CFSS form needs to be filed, it's just an declaration form that you have availed the opportunity,

All penalties have been waived off, only normal filing fee will be levied

You mean If today I will file forms then I have to pay only normal fees?
