Cfa alongwith ca?? form 112??

Hi everyone i am doing CA articleship now...also i am in the 3rd year of b.com...i want to do CFA(US)...do i have to submit form 112 with ICAI for it???? I have already submitted 112 once for b.com but the CFA exam will be held after my b.com 3rd year final exams...i will only have to register for the CFA exam now (while i am still in 3rd year)....pls pls help me i am very confused.....thanks a lot in advance!
