Ours is a company duly incorporated in India and we want to incorporate a company in Saudi Arabia for our operations there. Among other requirements we have been asked to provide a Certificate of Good Standing which has to be atttested / Legalised by the Saudi Consulate.
If any one has any experience/knowledge on this to share, kindly help.
I want to know, from where can an Indian Company get such an certificate, who is the competent authority to issue it?
Dear Sir,
My organization is setting up a branch in USA and for incorporation, they are asking for Certificate of Good Standing from here.
When searched the procedure to obtain in MCA Website, I am not able to find any certificate in that name.
Please guide me, how to obtain Certificate of Good Standing from Registrar of companies.
