I am holding full time COP. I have joined industry and will be providing services as consultant on retainership basis. Do i need to intimate the Institute regading the same. Can I continue to hold full time COP. If not can I get it converted to part time COP. What is the procedure for converting the same? Kindly advise

Dear Samar,
No need to inform that you are acting as an Consultant to the Institute.
You can still hold ful time COP.
Please ensure that you are not in the PAYROLL of the company. And instists to deduct the TDS as Professional & get TDS certificate quarterly.
Inaddition to being acting as an Consultant /retainer to the company, YOU CAN STILL DO ATTEST FUNCTION.
