can we take centralized registration of all unit located in accross india and surrender all unit gst number... and take single registration and bills ng from ho and dispatch from all units charge throug igst on bill

No can't be done. Have to have registration in all states where the business has physical presence

actually i think reliance find way to short complainces for all units so they need to single gst return file to all units instead each unit
