Quick Summary
If your company name reservation includes words like 'India' or 'Bharat', you'll likely need approval from the central government. For names containing 'India', you must demonstrate a significant pan-India scope. The SPICe+ web form can assist with name availability checks, but specific government approval is required for certain terms. Refer to Rule 8 of the Companies Incorporation Rules for detailed guidance.

For getting word india in case of company, you have to prove that scale and scope of your company will be pan india prominently.
