A public limited company has appointed a executive director u/s 269 in September 2009. Form 32 and form 23 have been filed. However, the advertisement in the newspaper and his central goverment approval application is still not gone due to delay in work visa.
Now the company will have to apply for condonation of delay u/s 637B. which is suppose to be attached in form 25A.
My query is :
1. Is the company required to make the newpaper advertisment 1st or file the condonation application 1st.?
2. can anyone provide me with a draft of the application for condonation u/s 637B?
Can anyone help me in how to go about it.?
