This is Bala-Excise co-ordinator, we have taken dealer registration from central excise for trading purpose and also we are having IEC code
1) We have plan to do few products export, which we should suppose to get from manufacturer without payment of duty.
Please suggest me about the excise procedure to follow, if general bond (B1) is require, let me know the procedure to get the same and also ARE-1 is raised by whome if require

In this regard you are adopt two precedure for export i.e. i) export without payment of duty
ii) export payment of duty.
either procedure are defferent. Plz chose the option then follow the procedure in this regard.
First u have to approach jurisdictional Maritime Commissioner(Supdt of central excise) or Asst.Commr (Exports) of Central Excise and execute B-1 bond. Then obtain CT-1 certificate from that office. CT-1 will contain details such as name &address of manufacturer, quantity and value of goods etc. On submitting this ct-1 to the manufacturer, he will supply goods without payment of duty under ARE-1 prepared by you and signed by u and the manufacturer. you are liable to submit proof of export and other details
