Category of Service

One of the assessee's nature of business is to provide information about the availability of the land, buildings or any other place which is suitable for the installation of cell tower for the telecom service providers such as airtel,vodafone,idea etc..& more or less he is acting as a mediator between the landlord and the client... i would like to know under what head of category of service the assessee should get registered for service tax?
