Hello , please suggest
The auditor has resigned in the mid of aug in which casual vacancy occurred. Now can we appoint the new auditor for fy 21-22 in coming agm or we need to hold egm for the same.
Further can we appoint the same auditor for 5 year in the same agm?

The casual vacancy shall be filled within 30 days in the board meeting and shall be approved by members in egm within three months from the recommendation of the board .
