Dear sir/ madam,
I want take GST Registration as casual taxable person and i don't have PAN NUMBER but I have TAN can i apply for registration with TAN?

It is a government entity they don't have PAN?

But provision prescribed in rule 8 of CGST PAN is mandatory to grant registration as CTC
