Cash return on retails shop against cash sales return

Dear All,

I have retails shop where we sales consumer goods in cash. Sometimes  some consumer return goods as part or full against invoices due to some fault in goods.  can we return to customers more thanRs.10,000/- in cash  ?  please guide.

RULE 6DD: EXCEPTIONS TO PROVISIONS OF SECTION 40A(3)

According to my opinion you can return the cash for more than 10,000.
