I have received two cases regarding set off of interest from Cenvat Credit A/c as below
1. CCE vs. Multiserve Rolls Ltd 2007
2. Maruti Udyog vs . CCE Gurgaon 2006
But have no other source to read the case , would you please suggest me a site from where I can read and confirm the case.
