Hi Frnds,
I am appearing for CA Final may 2011 exams. And i have a query relating to "What case laws need to studied for PGBP" (apart from SELECT CASE LAWS FOR MAY 2011 GIVEN BY ICAI). Why i am asking this, each time in the exams a new issue whether it is allowed expenditure or disallowed been asked. I have no idea whether it is a summary of case law or not. Particularly when a problem was asked from PGBP. Please frnds, help me in this regard. Thanks in advance.
Case laws you should always study for CA final eam DT & IDT
1. All cases asked in previous exams (last 5 years i.e 10 attemps )
2. All landmark judgement given in DT and IDT ICAI module and practice manual
3. All recent selected case study posted by ICAI on icai.org
Make a list of cases with the gist of decision and keep it handy , you can also use mnenomics
