CASE BY A CA ARTICLE AGAINST HIS BOSS
Article Assistant Nadeem Usmani (CRO0245548) had filed a case with ICAI against his Principal CA Sanjeev Srivastava. In this case, ICAI had ordered an enquiry to be conducted by Central Council Member CA Rajendra Kumar P.
Based on the findings of the Case, ICAI has issued to following letter to Mr Sanjeev Srivastava. No more details are publicly available about this Case. We’ll keep you updated as and when more details are publicly available

But
in my opinion it is very tough and risky to fight with principal and ICAI
issue should have been solved between principal and student..
however , now it is the part of student to to prove his princiapl guilty

If pricipal found guilty of professional misconduct consequences will be like this
Guilty of Professional Misconduct and other Harassment done by him, under Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and issue the letter to him to follow the Instruction given to him, and for Default under Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 liable for penalty :
1. Rs. 5,00,000.00
2. Reprimand the member
3. Remove the name of member from Register as it thinks fit.
