Carrying USD cash back to india

hi all,
I'm in North Korea now and will be coming back to India in August first week.
I had been there for work and now I have close to 6000USD in cash

can I carry the whole cash to India or are there any requirements to report the same to customs or RBI before carrying it to India

are there any guidelines regarding the same

Pls guide me on what procedures need to be followed
