Whether CARO is applicable for foreign company?
If, yes, then what about section 301 whether it is also applicable?

Read CARO. In the Title itself it says " It is applicable to all companies including foreign companies"

yes, 301 is also applicable.
The act says, "Every company shall keep one or more register..."
