1) If Related Party has repaid loan given by the company before Balance sheet date, then does company requires to report it as per CARO 2020 in it's Audit Report
2) If optionally convertible debentures are converted to equity shares during the year, does it requires reporting in CARO 2020 in Company's Audit Report.

I just go through CARO 2020 Provisions ,and with initial reading I can say that ,RPT in a year to be specifically mentioned in the REPORT ,but it's silent on repayment part so only in Notes to FS should be enough..
Again for conversion of loan or debentures into equity then CARO specifically talks about compliance of sec.42 ,62 & relevant rules of companies act ,2013 ,so, again it concentrates on issuance part not a subsequent conversion ,probably Valuation report ,conversion price ,formula all decided beforehand ...
