The issue is running since 2003 when the above matter was discussed. During the Seminar in 2003; I put the question where is the model ? No answer was there. 

The benefit was enjoyed  by those who could understand that  preference was given to such firms at the time of empanelments. 

Now in 2010; when many banks have been given authority to appoint their own auditors; then I don't think there is benefit for capacity building for such purpose.

The need of hour is for CAPACITY BUILDING OF CA STUDENTS  !  

There are huge  opportunities which could be easily enjoyed at the time of training.  

Since the students are computer savvy; so I hope that such types of project would be undertaken by them.

Regarding Transfer Pricing arrangement; the efforts are commendable because the original cost of the access  is Rs.75,000/- which has brought down to Rs.10,000/- with the efforts of CA Dhinal Shah, a team member of  the  Central Council, Ahmedabad.
