Capital reserve can be utilized for bonus issue of shares (but not to be taken to the extent such reserve includes any profit on revaluation of fixed assets / provided it is not created out of revaluation of fixed assets)
what is the minimum capital required to be contributed by a partner at the time of formation of partnership firm.
