See the recent IPO's.

as the investor will get  the return and you don't have to give the equity also.

If you give the data about the below question, than the span of instruments may be widen.

(1) appox. interest rate that company will give

(2) appox. pre issue expenditure of any instrument.

But as your company is private limited company, you should have to go with the deposit route as it is best for the private companies.
