We have a Private Ltd. Company and have few Investors in hand, who are ready to invest money with us for a period of, say 15 to 20 Years.
-We do not want to issue equity shares
-We thought about '0% OFCDs', but not sure about the same
- Can anybody help me with the instrument up on which we can raise the fund.

as the investor will get the return and you don't have to give the equity also.
If you give the data about the below question, than the span of instruments may be widen.
(1) appox. interest rate that company will give
(2) appox. pre issue expenditure of any instrument.
But as your company is private limited company, you should have to go with the deposit route as it is best for the private companies.
