Capital Gains Deductions
Will complete demolition of old house & construction of new house in that land can be considered as construction of new house for the purpose of Sec54,Sec54F deduction? Pls mention case laws if any.

For sec 54 or 54F land value also consider for deduction, but in your case there is purchase of land so only construction value of house shall be consider for deduction.
