Will you please guide me whether paying the loan amount for any House Property bought 5 years back shall be qualify for54F expemtion
also one more query what is interest rate on Capital Gain account scheme.

1. No. Will not qualify for exemption u/s. 54F.
2. Same as savings account...

Repayment of loan is not a pre-condition for sec 54 f
