cancellation of registration
as if some of the person's got their business registered under the GST and after that their business has not worked out.....or else has no GST sales n purchases in that case they were filling nill returns....is there any scope to cancel their gst registration???

then what you want exactly?
dp login and go to user services select cancellation option. remember all return related liabilities should be fulfilled till date
there is no such option called cancellation in user services
Go to in "SERVICES" tap --->
Next to "REGISTRATION" tap and See the Option in Last Line as
"Application for Cancellation of Registration"
