cancelation of registration

if one's turnover is less then 20 lack, can it be cancelled ? how ?

THERE IS OPTION @ PORTAL TO CANCEL THE PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION 

LOGIN >> ON DASHBOARD >> ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE >> CANCELLATION OF PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION
