Cancel gst refund application

I have wrongfully applied for GST refund for balance in Cash ledger. Actually mistake was in entering GSTR 3B detail, so there was showing balance in cash ledger. But, I wrongfully applied for refund for the same.

I have submitted application for refund and ARN has been generated. I have still not submitted documents to GST office physically. Amount is 5lakh+.

What should I do, to cancel refund application.

Please let me know at earliest.

How much time does it takes to get refund in bank of refund application in Cash ledger.

Please let me know at the earliest possible.

Dear,

Unless you deposit refund related documents to your juridication office , you won't get refund
So do not worry your application automatically get cancelled after 15 days due to not submitting documents.

refund process takes around 60 days from the date of application to get credited in your acc

Kindly complete the sentence aftr but,

Will there be any issue because the amount was paid by calculating liability manually but while entering data in Gstr 3B, the data was wrong in sale- amount of tax column.

Sorry ,
but in our case it took 66 days to get credited in our account

I HAVE APPLIED GST NIL REFUND CLAIM INSTEAD FOR THE PERIOD OF JAN2021 - JULY2021 TO JAN2021-JULY2023, BUT WRONG SUMITTED FOR PERIOD UPTO JULY2023,

HERE WE HAVE EXCESS INPUT TO CLAIM FROM THE PERIOD 1-4-2022 TO JULY23

HOW CAN I CANCELL THE WRONG SUBMITTED, MAY I REVISE THE NEW REFUND CLAIM CORRECTLY.

DEAR COMMERECE KNOWLEDGE (ACCOUNT MANAGER),

If you have applied refund application by mistake then you can withdraw the refund application before issuing the acknowledgment. After acknowledgement concern department shall issue the SCN. You reply to the suitable answer that refund application applied by mistake then GST department will reject your refund application.
