Is that name is feasible?

In my opinion you can use this name as given in example. However it should not be ressemble or too identical name of the existing company and the company which was winduped and 10 years has not been elapsed from windup..
According to companies act, 2013 a company cannot use words such as India , Bharat in its name. Sovereign names are name allowed .
If you search in Zauba.com & check for name availability and many company used India word.
according to section 4 of companies act, 2013 such names are allowed to use only when prior permission of central government is undertaken.
Yes, you can use India in Company name.
