I purchased the Bond Paper(Stamp Duty) on 01st May 2010
But I want to execute the Agreement from 01st April 2010,
1) Is it possible under Agreement Act
2) Is it enforceable under law
3) If not possible, then what remedies available for making agreement in Back date.

Yes you can do that... You can prepare the agreement back dated stating.
The agreement between so and so for the purpose of so and so come into existence from 1/4/2010....
And what agreement you want to make?
the agreement date should not be more than 6 months back as the validity of the stamp paper is for 6 months only....
