Can u help me

In my office we are paid proportionately. Even if we keep leave for one day that one day stipend is being cut.

Recently i took 5 months leave for final coaching i was not paid for that

              I too had the same issue when i did my articles. Some dont pay for leaves and all. But, as per institute regulations, they need to pay. But, u cannot fight for this with anyone friend. SO, better you can concentrate on ur exams and complete CA. That would do good. You can get all ur money in the first month salary itself. So, dont worry about it now

But y some of them do lik that........my friend was paid stipend for full 42 months irrespective of any leave taken or not........it completely depends on the nature of the principal

Its depends upon the thinking of the Auditor, he has to pay for the leave taken by us, The stipend may be monthly, halfyearly, annualy or for 3 years or 3.5 years they may give the lump sum irrespective of leave taken by us.
