Can't access icai articleship placement portal anymore!!!!!

Hii everyone.I need your help on the following matter.

I recently registered for online articleship placement portal in the cloud campus of ICAI.But,due to incorrect password I am unable to access it anymore.When I take the help of recover password,it states that a recovery password has been sent to my MAILID.

But,I haven't yet received any such mails.I have tried it for several times but, to no good and it didn't wokout at all.

I am unable to avail such facility and I am facing a lot of problems due to that.

PLEASE HELP ME.How can I access it once again.
