I am a freelance Project manager and does only non technical people management and project planning etc. I was using 44 ADA presumptive taxation all these years. But I was told by my friends to use 44 AD as mine is not profession. Its freelance work that I do for multiple vendors across the world.
Request you to give some insights on this.
If you are not specified professional then you can opt for 44AD. However, the project planning and the people management are technical services, therefore, in my view, you are eligible for 44ADA only.
