Can I transfer funds directly from one business to another business bank a/c (both self owned )

I solely own two different businesses A & B (pharma & automobiles),both having separate working and separate current bank a/c .

If funds are needed in business B, can I transfer directly from business A current a/c to business B current a/c ?
