Four months are very much enough to clear with good marks. Get some study strategy and tips from your friends who have cleared IPCC in Nov 2010 or written in May 2011 and waiting for results. They will be able to guide you in a better manner. All the Best

Just dont loose heart, one has to believe in himself. So believe in yourself, saurav. Take step by step and keep on reading. At end of four months you will find yourself at a high and full portion would be covered by you. Just do it one by one. All The Best.

I also agree with other friends who had replied earliar. Ask your friends who have gone through the course, they will guide you through the tough time you are facing.

hey plz dont loose hope.it happens with everybody.just relax and study.u hv ample of time to prepare.no need to sit all day long and study as there has to b quality in studying and not quantity, study smart as well as hard.refer padhuka and do scanners atleast 2-3 times.its not that difficult.bcoz i beleive if i can crack it then anybody can.jst dont waste time by thinking negatively jst gv ur best shot and leave rest on god.and do hard work as god help those who help themselves.so jst tighten up ur belts and go for it.i m sure u'll cm out with flying colours.hv confidence in urself and ur hardwork.jst dont think u'll get thru or not jst keep up wid ur hardwork and keep one thing in mind u hv to crack it what come may.and just imagine urself as a ca ,it will act as a driving force for u to put in more and more efforts.

all the very very best.

for tax refer singhania as well as scanners and practice as much as u can.and for cost and fm refer padhuka.

Respected Sir,

Pls solve my query. My schooling was done from a Hindi Medium School upto H.S.and in college papers i have written in english still i am facing english problem. i can handle practical papers but it will be sufficient to pass the ca or cwa or cs exam means all these profesionl exams. my problem is that when i study theory i understand whole things but after 1 or 2 hrs means when i was doing my family work i can not exactly remember the book language but still i know the concept but can't express it more perfectly as i am not so much know english. pls tell me if i write theory in exam from my own language can i get more marks in exam or just i can qualify the exams.it is necessary in the exam to write the in the book language only because like audit and law they are puerly a technical language. and one more thing in theory papers quest are coming 2 to 4 marks only and they are point releted means if i write the answers by heating the poing then can i get full marks in the papers. pls advice me because i want to do ca or cwa or cs i want to have a professional degree in my hand. pls advice me as early as possible.

and I have started study for both groups of IPCC in Nov 2011 can i pass both groups in just 4 months.

Why not. . . . . . . . Le lo mauka aur laga to chauka

Dear Tinku,

Well i see many students ask the same questions.Anyways let me answer your concerns pointwise.

1)You can opt for Hindi medium in C.A. exam.

2)But for long term improvement read newspapers, periodicals etc.,.Try exercises of building sentences. In any case, in theory subjects you have to learn pointwise. So create your own notes and practise regularly.I used to read a lot of novels to improve my english to a level that atleast i could write the answers and speak English without much fuss.Concentrate on understanding/grasping the theoretical concepts. And then try to explain the same thing in easy and simple language. For a short term period this would bring you success. For long-term and professional success, read bare acts or such books to improve you technical tongue & your legal terms and commercial vocabulary.

3)If you don't believe you can pass, there is no point in asking the question. Any amount of time is enough if you believe yourself and vice-versa.Don't remain in doubt.Prepare a sound startegy and then "sit like a rock and work like a clock". For one group 4 months should be enough.

"Rob everything leave nothing"

Your further queries are always welcome. There are  some excellent articles written by our forum members which will help you to clear your doubts.

Yaar U have Four Months And that too ""Only For Four Subjects"

I think time is tooo much for group one and hence in this leasiure time U are having weired thinking of not being able to complete Grp 1.

Mathematicall u have  4 months * 30 days =120 days

If u study for 10 hours ( U can or U must) then u have =120 days * 10 hours =1200 hours

Now as for accounts U need not devote Much time and a simple go through will be suffice as In Grp 1, accounts is simples as compared to group 2. Take 100 hrs off from 1200 hrs which results into 1100 hrs of available time

Just for 3 subject 1100 hrs which makes it into 365 hrs or so at ur disposal which again is too much for 1 subject.

In this available time with u I strictly advise U write and Learn and "Not Read and Learn" as while writing U tend to concentrate more than Reading. This will ensure that subjects of Law and Tax are covered properly.

For costing Just take classes notes Only and not books of authors. First solve sums by seeing from Class notes step to step and try to Understand the logic before proceding to next step. Do the same for FM. Each chaper hardly takes 1 day or in better words Half day comprising of 5-6 hrs. So within reasonable time U can finish costing

Read economic times, Business standard or Mint daily. While doing FM you will understand why I said so . It will make FM more interesting for U. THis all can be done in 4 monhts which is a huge time For One grp.

In my office an boy with average intelligence just took two month leave for IPCC group One but he studied for 10-12 hrs a day for November 2010 exams and he secured decent 258 marks which i Think was an great achievement for him. I asked how did he manage to get such marks. He gave the above reason.

very much possible.. smart study required .. its not no of hours srudied.. but the quality of your study.. n try to read in a way that would make your last minute revision easier.. for eg. make small notes at the coners of the books and/or underline important concepts.

best of luck !!

T4 months are more than enuff. Its not the quantity of what you study but the quality. Make small notes and/ or underline important points. This will elp in lastminute revision. Leave the last 10 days only and only for revision. Do NOT study anything new in tha period.

Best of luck.

Hey don't loose your hope...You have enough time to complete your syllabus...You just need to concentrate and nothing else...Don't worry you are not the first one who forgets after reading we all are suffering from the same problem..just always be +ve in your life...You just do your  work everything will be fine... Nothing is impossible..you are giving only one grp na then 4 mnts is enough...So from today keep all tensions and negetive thoghts in one side and start your study properly...ok...don't worry u'll clear surely...Do study well...All the best!

First make a mindset that u have to clear it in november its very very important bcos then only u will feel like studying....now let me tell u the truth.......u hv to study keeping in mind the examination (exam oriented study)....toh as u have gone through law some portions....start going through other chapters as well...u may feel as if u r not being able to retain nething ...but u know, dat happens with everyone......so just cover everything, understand the concepts....solve the scanners/compilers(very important).....in 3 months....keep one month for revision....The more u will think it to be difficult the more scary it will appear to u...so just calm down n just concentrate on ur studis...u havnt taken ne coaching till now????? in tax service tax n vat will be ur scoring portion bcos the content is less n it has 50 marks n its scoring....truly saying u have to aim for maximum .....in cost fm get the concepts right.....i dont know yaar wat else to say EXCEPT......"YA U CAN DO IT"
