Can I start my own export business from home as a sole trader.
Due lack of rent agreement, can I register from my home town and start business in my rented accomation in India.
If yes, what would be the appropriate cost ?

Yes you can start your own export business from home in a rented premises in India. For this,you should have to apply for IEC I.e import export code with DGFT (director general of foriegn trade ) with supporting documents in triplicate form.Legal fees of obtaining IEC is Rs. 250 demand draft in favour of DGFT.
