Can I join other CA firm for extended articleship?????

You can join the another C.A firm but for that purpose you have to fill form no. 102 and 103 again as we did in starting process and after completion 108 form,and while recuring under same C.a you have to fill the form 107 And 108,Form can be downloded from ICAI.org

First of all Have one stamp Paper so that u can start Your training deed,from that day .else it got dealyed

IT WILL NOT AFFEECT YOUR FINAL EXAMS

Is there any time limit to start the extended articleship with another ca firm?

My articles have completed on 9th april 2011 and i have extension for 6 months. I am thinking of preparing for exams till July end and then strarting the articleship in August?

Hello , My articleship is completed on 2nd july 2011 and extension of 10 months which is remaining. When I asked my employer to sign form 108 and form 107 for extension period. He signed form 108 and now he is going to practice in another state so he refused to sign form 107 for extension period.

My question is can i get transfer from the earlier employer and join a new employer in the same city ?

or

As per the rules for transfer, Will I have to join another employer in any other city?

What is the amount of DD i have to submit along with 102,103 form for extended period of articles.Can i submit 102,103 form for extended period before submitting 108 for termination.
