I want to know about re-registration of articalship

Dear sir /ma'am I m joined my articleship under CA Jagdish Grover and associates in district Chamba in Dec 2015 but due to family responsibilities I can't continue my CA course.

In this time I want to continue my CA course.

Sir /ma'am my question is can I fill form 103 for articleship or not. My status is already shown CA Jagdish Grover & associates.

Can I Re-registration of articalship under new firm or not please help
