Can I file rectification by accepting proposed adjustment made by intimation u/s 143(1)(a)

Hello,

You need to login to your Income tax portal and click on e proceedings section. There you will find the link of the notice issued u/s 143 1 a, you need to file a response through that link whether you accept the proposed adjustment or disagree with the adjustment giving your contentions.

Once the same is done, another intimation u/s 143 (1) will be issued to you on the basis of your response filed.

You can follow the steps as said by Mr nihit or you just leave it. cpc will make the proposed adjustments on its own and will issue demand notice. after that you pay that demand
