If Income Tax Notice received related to F.Y. 2016-17 ( A.Y. 2017-18 )

Otherwise no option to filled return related to A.Y. 2017-18

ITR Filing not possible for AY 2017-18.

If your income is more than the taxable limit and required to file the return of income as per income tax act please pay tax which is liable to pay and submit a hard copy to income tax department of ITR to avoid Best Judgement Assessment and Penalty Procedure.

Belated return for AY 2017-18 up to 31st March 2018 possible. 

If you have refund then you should give application to your IT ward officer for condonation of delay u/s 119(2)(b).  Once permission is granted your ITO will upload request .you can file the return . GO TO  MY ACCOUNTS SERVICE REQUEST THEN CONDONATION REQUEST - i THINK IF IA AM NOT WRONG. 

Draft letter is attached. If you can find a better drafted letter on net plz use the same.
