Can i chage my 3 year articleship into 1 year atc training

I registered ipcc both group exluding atc((account techicion course). I cleared my first group of ipcc and joined articleship for 3 years. After 5 month of articlship i take transfer and not joined other c.a. due to my personal problem. I am not able to continue rest of articlship. My question is can i quite my articlship and joined atc course it is possible and what i do for this. My question my 5 month aricleship is count in atc 1year practicle training
