can any one tell me for incorporation of a pvt ltd company? now there is no SPICE FORM OR ANY OTHER form available on MCA portal, and we require to incorporate a pvt company

Hi,
Spice process of company Incorporation is still there. Only the name application form has been withdrawn. Let me know if you need to incorporate a Company. We charge Rs. 12000 for any city in India ( All Inclusive).
