Can an indian director become a director in a foreign company? If yes,then what are the procedures and implications as per Companies Act?Can such indian company sell goods to foreign company which has same directors?

Indian Director can be appointed as Director in foreign Company.
Section 297 will not apply to Contracts between a company registered under the companies act and a company incorporated ourside india.
he needs to follow procedure laid in foreign Company.
