can an articled assistant resign?

I wanted to know if an articled assistant is eligible to resign from the firm or not if he has executed Form 102 with his employer. please reply.

yes, an article can resign. but resigning from articleship mean resigning from ca. there are other ways to get rid from ur employer. like u can terminate your articleship.

ya by executing form 109. Relationship between employer and article/assistant exist untill form 109 is executed.
