Suggest her to join some firm even for free hardly within 6 months she will be updated and realise back all whatever she learned during her articleship, then she can get job easily....................

whether her Inter will be counted that you have to confirm from Institute as I am not aware about that rules.

I also completed my CA ( Inter) 8 years back in 2003 and appearing for CA ( Final) now. Please ask your cousin to contact Institute and she needs to get herself re-registered  in CA ( Final) new course by paying fees via demand draft.  Please ask her to call Institute or Board of Studies and they will let her know the exact fees to be paid to get enrolled in CA ( Final) again.
